Do tickets include food or drink?
Our workshop tickets do not include food or drink for two reasons:
1) Pour Paint Workshops are expensive and challenging to run. Including food and beverage results in ticket prices higher than we would like.
2) It results in confusion! We hold our events in many different locations with many different options, prices, etc. Our painting artists end up focusing on explaining what drink options are included rather than letting their creative juices flow!
What is Acrylic Pour Painting?
Acrylic Pour Paintingย involves pouring and manipulating specially formulated acrylic paints to create a unique and abstract design.
With Ellie's guidance, you'll be able to experiment with different colours, techniques, and tools to create a beautiful and one-of-a-kind piece of art.
When do we pick up our paintings?
Once the workshop is finished, your paintings will be securely stored at the venue using our racking system. They will remain safely placed on the rack until you come to collect them.
To make the identification process easier during pickup, Ellie will have you put your name on the back of your artwork as well as on the designated rack shelf.
Your paintings will be ready for pickup after 7 days from the workshop. You can visit the venue at any time during their operating hours to retrieve your artwork. We kindly request that you collect your paintings within 30 days of the event.
Can we eat and drink during the workshops?
Our workshops are a fantastic blend of creativity and enjoyment! We encourage you to indulge in delicious food and refreshing drinks before, during, and even after the workshop.
Here's the twist: Ellie, our talented instructor, makes her rounds to each group after her initial tutorial. This means you'll have plenty of time to mingle, chat, and roam around, taking in all the awe-inspiring artwork being brought to life. It's a lively and vibrant atmosphere where everyone gets to immerse themselves in a world of imagination and camaraderie!
What if I am late to arrive to a workshop?
- If you are running late to one of our workshops there's no need to worry! Unlike regular paint nights where everyone paints at the same time, our Pour Paint Workshops offer a more flexible experience. Ellie visits each group and table to give one-on-one instruction like colour choices and pouring techniques. Regardless of your arrival time, you will still receive the same quality of service.
How long will the instructor wait to start the demonstration if I'm running late?
- To maintain the flow of the workshop and ensure a timely start for all participants, the instructor will wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled start time before beginning the demonstration. We kindly request that you make every effort to arrive promptly to make the most of your experience.
