SECTION 1 - SIP N' POUR WORKSHOP REFUND/RESCHEDULE POLICY
🎨 Sip N' Pour Workshop Refund/Reschedule Policy 🎨
Note: This policy applies to registrations made on www.painttastic.com as well as Eventbrite.
Paint-tastic by Ellie is committed to providing you with an exceptional experience at our Sip N' Pour Workshops held at various craft breweries across Southern Ontario. To ensure clarity and flexibility for our valued participants, we have established the following refund/reschedule policy:
✨ Registration Finality and Transferability ✨
All registrations for our Sip N' Pour Workshops are considered final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations; however, registrations are fully transferrable to another painter for the same event. We understand that plans can change, and allowing registrations to be transferred ensures that the opportunity to enjoy our workshops is not lost.
🌧️ Event Cancellations: Weather / Emergencies / Low Registrations 🌧️
There are times when events may need to be canceled due to factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather, emergencies, or low registrations. In these cases, participants have the following options:

Full Refund: If an event is canceled due to any of the aforementioned reasons, all registered participants will be eligible for a full refund of their registration fee.

Reschedule Option: Alternatively, participants may choose to reschedule to another event of their choice, subject to availability. Please note that in the event of a reschedule due to an emergency, participants are entitled to only one reschedule opportunity.
🔁 Procedure for Refunds/Reschedules 🔁
To request a refund or reschedule due to event cancellation, participants must contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled event. We will assist you promptly and ensure that your request is processed efficiently.

SECTION 2 - PRIVATE EVENT REFUND/RESCHEDULE POLICY
🎨 Private Event Refund/Reschedule Policy 🎨
At Paint-tastic by Ellie, we want to ensure your private events are stress-free and memorable. Please review the following refund/reschedule policy for private events:
Booking Deposit and Party Minimum:

A $100 Booking Deposit is required to book and hold your party date & time. The Booking Deposit is non-refundable. To reschedule your event, we require a minimum of 7 days notice. We allow one reschedule of the Private Event with at least 7 days notice.

The party minimum starts at $450(+HST), depending on the location. Locations outside of our immediate service area will have different terms and minimums. Please contact us at (226) 545-0468 or contact@painttastic.com for more information.
Travel Fee:
- Depending on the location, a Travel Fee will be charged. The travel fee is not taxed, and the amount varies by location. (e.g., Service Area 1 = $60, Service Area 2 = $120)
Pouring Option Pricing:
- Our lowest cost pouring option is $45 per person (+HST).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If your order arrives damaged or there are defects with a product, please start a claim by sending proof of damaged or defective products to contact@painttastic.com. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
